Introducing The Biz Quill, a thought-provoking international segment of Business Fest Bangladesh 2026 | Edition-X, The Golden Edition, designed for those who can turn business insights into powerful words.

In this segment, participants will be given a business-related topic, based on which they must write an essay showcasing their analytical thinking, creativity and understanding of real-world business concepts.

Eligible Category: Open to all students worldwide
Registration Fee: FREE
✍️ Essay Topic: Cross-cultural leadership in multinational corporations
Word Limit: 800-1200 words
Contest Rules:

1. The competition will be conducted in an essay writing format focused on the topic: "Cross-cultural leadership in multinational corporations".
2. Each participant may submit only one essay. Multiple submissions by the same participant will not be accepted.
3. Participants must first complete registration through the official registration link. After registration, a Google Form or submission link will be sent to their email.
4. Essays must be in digital format (Word, PDF or as instructed) and within the specified word limit of 800-1200 words. Submissions with significant deviation from this range may be disqualified.
5. All essays must be original work created by the participant. Use of artificial intelligence tools for content generation is strictly prohibited.
6. Plagiarism or copied content will result in immediate disqualification.
7. Essays that use specific titles for every paragraph will be given an advantage during evaluation.
8. Participants must ensure that their essays do not contain offensive, inappropriate or copyrighted material.
9. All entries may be used by the organizing committee for promotional purposes with proper credit to the participant.
10. The decision of the judges and organizing committee will be final and binding.
Awards:

• The top three winners will receive:
- Certificate of Excellence
- Crests
• All participants will be awarded a Certificate of Participation.
• International recognition and e-certificates will be provided.
