Event Type: Team (2-3 Members)

Eligible Category: Senior (11-12 & HSC'25)

Registration Fee: 300৳

Two Rounds: Divisional (Online) + Final (On-Campus)

Max Slides: 10 per presentation

Rounds:

Round 1: Divisional Round (Online)

• The first round will be held online via Google Meet.

• After successful registration, the case study for Round 1 will be sent via email, along with the WhatsApp group link.

• Teams must join the WhatsApp group to receive further instructions.

• The Google Meet link for the presentation will be shared in the WhatsApp group.

• Each team must analyze the provided case and prepare a structured presentation including problem identification, analysis, strategic solutions and justification.

• The presentation must contain a maximum of 10 slides.

• Presentations must be delivered within the assigned time limit.

Round 2: Final Round (On-Campus)

• Selected teams from the Divisional Round will qualify for the Final Round.

• The Final Round will be held on the day of the campus festival.

• A new case study will be provided to the qualified teams for this round.

• Teams must analyze the new case and present their solutions before the judges.

• The final presentation must also contain a maximum of 10 slides.

Contest Rules:

1. The Biz Case Study segment is a team-based competition. Each team must participate and present collectively.

2. The competition will be conducted in two rounds: Divisional Round and Final Round.

3. All submissions and presentations must be original work created by the team members.

4. The use of artificial intelligence tools or any unfair assistance is strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification.

5. Any form of plagiarism, external help or violation of rules will lead to immediate disqualification.

6. The decision of the judges and organizing committee will be final and binding.

Awards:

• The top three teams will receive:

- Certificate of Excellence

- Crests

• All participants will be awarded a Certificate of Participation.
